part time basis.

City Grand, Arizona. Situated in the North West of Sun Valley, this 
home has a nice patio and is completely furnished. Not the ususal 
rental, but tastefully decorated. Kitchen, Dining area and Living 
room is tiled. It is fully equiped with all the necessities to make 
a home complete. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and Garage, fully 
landscaped. The home is smoke free. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This vacation home has unsurpassed amenities. Take advantage of the 
two new recreation centers where you can exercise and do gymnastics 
on state of the art equipment under the supervision of qualified 
instructors. Work-out to your hearts content. Become a member of the 
Sun Health Association where you can go for your regular check ups.  
Indoor and outdoor swimming, Play Tennis and Pickle Ball, or join 
the Lawn Bowling or the Bocce Ball Clubs. You will find Cycling and 
Walking tracks for miles. There are more than 60 Clubs available to 
you. Golf a different course every day. Grand has 4 Golf courses and 
if that is not sufficient you can also golf in Sun City West which 
has 7 courses. Golf charges differ, depending on the season.

Activities and Attractions

Sun City Grand which is part of Surprise, offers every day 
conveniences that make life complete: Library, Post Offices, 
Shopping, Banks, Restaurants, Places of Worship for every 
denomination, First Class Health Care and more. We are in the heart 
of numerous and varied Medical Facilities and Specialized Surgical 
Centers. If you must attend to medical treatment or surgery, what a 
perfect place to have it done and to recuperate here in the Sun 
Valley. Everything is easily accesible by bike, golf cart or car.
In the spring Phoenix enjoys the Cactus Baseball Leaque where 10 of 
the top Major Baseball clubs are getting ready for the new season. 
Surprise entertains in the new Stadium the Texas Rangers and the 
Kansas City Royals. This is Baseball as it used to be. Lots of fun 
for everybody. The City of Surprise this year finished building a 
new 25 Court Tennis Complex. This will attract in the near future 
National Tournaments. For those of you who fancy some great 
entertainment, we are only 4 hrs away from Vegas and 3 hrs from 
Laughlin. Phoenix has also some first class Casinos. For other 
destinations there is Rocky Point in Mexico on the Sea of Caldiz,   
3 hrs. San Diego 6 Hrs, Sedona, world famous resort area, only 2 Hrs 
and than to top it all, There is the Grand Canyon. 4 Hrs away. You 
will have a great experience here in the Valley of the Sun. Let us
