name? It's just what you'd expect for fun and relaxation.

The huge backyard has plenty of space for games, picnics, or just sitting by the lake.
Mornings and evenings are the best times to sit on the spacious wooden deck, with plenty
of comfortable furniture, and watch the activity on the lake and enjoy the wildlife. Lots of
trees in the backyard and a yard swing, too. Picnic table on the deck. BBQ in the yard. You
can dock your boat at the house, or nearby. Bring your boat and jet skis . . . or rent them
at the lake!

Lake views from the living and dining areas. Sleeps up to 8 adults in three bedrooms +
sitting room with Futon. Sitting room is quiet for reading or just viewing the lake. 2
Bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, and includes BBQ utensils, too. Comfortable
lounging areas for TV, reading, talking, playing board games, etc.

Property is less than a 90-minute easy drive from Dallas, TX.

Chinese, Fried Chicken (yes, they have fried gizzards!), Catfish and local eateries with
specialty foods! You won't go hungry!

Weekly In Season (May-Oct) $980 for 7 nights; $775 for 5 nights, $525 for 3 nights, $400
for 2 nights. Holiday Weekends: 3 nights for $575. Monthly rental rates available.

Weekly Off Season (Nov-April) $625 for 7 nights; $300 for 3 nights; $150 per night.

Rates are for first 6 adults/teenagers. Additional fee for more people up to 8. Never a
charge for children 12 and under. There is a 6% hotel tax in Texas.

$75 cleaning fee. Refundable deposit holds reservation. Deposits will be returned 7 days
after rental period. No refund of deposit without at least 30 days notice of cancellation (15
days off-season). There is a $35 cancellation fee at all times. No smoking. Pets allowed
with prior approval and additional fee--inquire first.
