Rose Valley River House is a must for those who want to get away and
have a real vacation. Winter or summer, there’s something for
everyone. Enjoy the soothing sound of the river while lounging by the
fire with a good book, sit in the loft and write your own book or
create a work of art while watching the river flow, walk down to the
river's edge and drop a line in or hire a guide and fish on the
Columbia, Kalama, Lewis, Cowlitz or other surrounding rivers for
Salmon and Steelhead, fire up the BBQ during crisp afternoons on the
deck, take a dip in the swimming hole during the summer, explore
nearby Mount St. Helens (Ape Cave, mountain biking, hiking, Climber's
Bivouac, camping, scenic drives, Johnston Ridge Observatory and more),
golf on any of the three surrounding courses, play games in the
downstairs game room, or if you so choose - get out on the town in
Portland (around 45 Min. away) and enjoy live music, great food and
diverse art culture. If you're an antique lover, check out nearby
Kalama with all the small town antique shops. Whatever it is you want
to do, forget about the everyday routine and enjoy yourself on "river
time."

-$75 Cleaning Fee
-$200 Security/Damage Deposit (this will be returned after tenant
