This home is perfect for family gatherings. Because the
home is a 4 level house you can have a large family here and
everyone will have plenty of room to sit back and relax. This home
is almost surrounded by water. It has one of the best lake views on
the lake.
Blue Heron Lodge is a 6 bedroom, 3 bath home on Boone
Lake. This home has 2 full kitchen,one in the upper level game room
and the main kitchen on the main living level.
The house has millon dollar lake views. The entire front of
the home has windows that look out over Boone lake. This house has
plenty of outdoor living area with a wrap around deck and five deck
areas. The main wrap around deck has 2 dining patio sets that
seats 8 and a bar area. Because of the lake views at this home we
have extended the living area out onto the deck. With cushioned
wicker furniture,rockers, coffee tables, outdoor lamps and wall
water fountains you feel like your sitting in a livingroom listening
to the water falling in the fountains and relaxing while watching
the boats on the lake.
This deck area has a large gas grill is a great place to enjoy a
cook out.
The floating dock has a deck area with a patio set and lounge chairs
were you can sit back and watch the kids swim.
The lower level bedroom has a private entrance that leads out to
the 2nd level deck. This is where you will find a patio swing to sit
and relax as you look out at the lake.

The waters edge sits 20 feet from this home with a private
dock and your own boat house, it also has 2 jet ski lifts and a
paddle boat for the kids to play on.
Bring a boat or rent one at the local marinia. Lake View Marina is 5
minutes away and has a ramp.

This home has everything you will need to have a great family
vacation. Linens are provided, pots pans dishes,
even cooking spices. Just pack the swim suits and see what Boone
Lake has to offer. We know that your family will fall in love with
this home as soon as you step into the front door.

lake. gas grill, , 2 stoves, 2 full refrigerators with ice makers.
4 queen beds, 2 full beds, 1 king bed and a fold down sleeper sofa
in the gameroom.

Boone lake is a 32 Mile long TVA lake, with 130 miles of shore line.
TVA Lowers the lake during the winter and the water is at its
regular level May 1st. You can swim, fish rent a pontoon boat. This
is a great lake for tubing, jetsking or spend the day exploring the
lake. Enjoy lunch or dinner and live entertainment at one of the
local marina's.
