the ocean. The Family Room contains a decorator sectional sofa with
built-in reclining features, queen sleeper and overstuffed down
pillows for comfort. Built-in wall units contain a stereo system/CD
player and a variety of best-selling books perfect for beach reads.
The Family Room and Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and
televisions with DVD/VCR capabilities.

The spacious Master Bedroom Suite contains a King Bed with a new
pillow-top mattress, two side chairs, dressers, walk-in closet,
front closet, seperate double-sink vanity, enclosed glass shower and
single-sink vanity. The second bedroom features two full-size iron beds,
dressers and a select stash of children's movies and beach toys. The
second bath has a tub/shower with a seperate vanity sink area.

The Fully-equipped Kitchen contains granite countertops, oven/range,
fridge w/door ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave and small
appliances and cookware with a built-in pantry. The Kitchen also
contains a built-in wall unit that houses cookbooks, serving dishes
and provides extra counter space.

An iron and glass dining set seats four (4) with chairs throughout
for additional seating. The oceanfront patio contains adjacent areas
that contain a table and chairs that seat four (4) with additional
lounge chair seating for four(4) that can be accessed from the
Family Room and Master Bedroom.

This unit has a full-size washer and dryer in a seperate laundry
room Inside the unit. We have plenty of fresh linens for use inside and
outside the condo, including chaise lounge covers. We also have
beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a GRACO portable crib available.

Semi-private with only 53 units, Ebb Tide is one of the nicest,
newer condominium complexes on the non-driving (no cars on beach), New
Symrna beach. It was built in 1986 and it completed a multi-million
dollar renovation a few years ago.

Our unit has ground floor access to the complex's newly-renovated
private tennis court, heated oceanfront pool with spa, exercise room
with cable TV/DVD & sauna, gas grill and pool deck with chairs,
chaises and tables overlooking the ocean. We have a reserved private
garage parking space and additional open parking. The complex has
private gated access to the units, facilities and beach.

Aside from being in the center of the Golf, Beach and Surf capitals
of the world, New Smyrna Beach is also known for its quaint, small-
town appeal.

Historic Flagler Avenue flourishes with boutiques, surf shops, ice
cream parlors and restaurants. There are a variety of casual
dining venues with great seafood being served!! Or you can catch it
yourself with world-renown flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon. You can
persue other interests with beach bikes, kayaks, surfboards which are included with your rental!!

Just a short (minutes) drive...Highway A1A North allows you to tour
the driving beach or visit Daytona Beach (20 min.); take it South to
dead end into the Canaveral National Seashore or hit J.B.'s Famous
Fish Camp or the Manatee park along the way. The lighthouse at Ponce
Inlet is also a short drive. And, a little further West is legendary
Blue Springs state park.

Approximately an hour away are Disney, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom,
Pleasure Island (with restaurants such as Emeril's and WolfGang
Puck's), Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, the
Central Florida Zoo and the Kennedy Space Center.
