Vacation Rental Description

Relax on the balcony or living room, enjoying the views and sounds of 
the Atlantic Ocean or walk to the beach within a few seconds. This 
second floor condo has great views of the ocean from all the 
bedrooms and the open floor plan provides plenty of natural light 
throughout. Recently decorated with all new furniture and 
decorations, it is a clean, comfortable place to call home during 
your stay. Our unit is located 4 units back from the Ocean front 
units and although it is not a direct view we gurantee a spectacular 
view of the ocean.  Unlike most condo units, in our unit you can see 
the ocean and the sand from the balcony.  You can view the ocean from 
the master bedroom, Guest bedroom , living room and dinning rooom. 
Spectacular view is GURANTEED. Get ocean front views for ocean view 
prices. Our place is located in the St. Augustine Beach, which 
boasts a beautiful white sandy beach, with the convenience of St 
Augustine's outlet mall shopping, antique shops, art galleries, great 
deep sea fishing or flats fishing from the intercoastal waters, and 
the world famous World Golf Village. By the way it takes less than a 
minute to travel from our door to the beach.

The condo complex is within 45 minutes from the Jacksonville Airport 
and within 2 hours of Orlando/Disney Area.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located in a Private-Gated Community, off of A1A, and right on the 
ocean, you can walk to the ocean within a few minutes.  Our complex 
contains a beautiful pool also visible from the balcony and lighted 
tennis courts. It is walking distance to the famous Oasis Restaurant 
and less than 1 mile from supermarkets, shopping centers, and other 
restaurants.
 

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, surfing, fishing, sun bathing, and building sand castles 
will keep you busy during the day - and you can enjoy long thoughtful 
walks on the extra wide sugar sand beach anytime you find the need 
for some solitude. If you don’t want to cook, restaurants are just 
blocks away. Whether you want fast food, a beach atmosphere, or top 
quality restaurants, you’ll find them here.

When you’ve had enough relaxation, you can take a short drive to St. 
Augustine - our nation’s oldest city. History and the arts fill the 
downtown streets, and the Castillo de San Marcos, the Oldest 
Schoolhouse in America, the Oldest House and a host of others are all 
waiting to welcome you. When the sun goes down, the ghost tours bring 
the downtown streets to life, with real stories and legends of some 
of the past residents of the Oldest City in America. From November to 
February, the city is ablaze with millions of white lights during our 
Nights of Lights celebration.
