Vacation Rental Description

New 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home, sweeping ocean and mountain views 
located on the 2nd hole of the Manzanita Golf Course.  The fully-
equipped kitchen opens to Great Room, with granite counter tops, 
stainless appliances and maple cabinetry. The Great Room offers 
dining for 10, a fireplace and two decks; one overlooks the ocean, 
one faces the golf course.  There is a first-level family room with a 
32" TV with DVD and VHS, and two full futons. Three bedrooms are on 
this same floor: 2 small rooms with queen beds, and a 
large 'bunkroom' with 3 single beds, and one double mattress.
The upstairs master suite has a king-sized bed, private bath and 
jacuzzi. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

NOTE: This is a no-pet/no smoking home; no exceptions.

The spacious master bath has a shower and a jacuzzi.  
Every room has either an ocean or golf course/mountain view, with 
lots of light.  Kitchen is well-equipped and tastefully high-end. 
A washer/dryer is provided.  There are foosball and pool tables in 
the partially finished basement.

Activities and Attractions

A short 4-minute walk takes you to the a 7-mile stretch of beach; 
crabbing and salmon-fishing are accessible in nearby Nehalem Bay (2 
miles from house). Manzanita offers some posh,quirky,or cool shops, 
has a fairly wide variety of dining spots, a coffeehouse, several 
markets with fresh produce and more urban offerings like rice 
milk,organic products and wine.It is possible to rent bikes, beach 
bikes or horses. Manzanita is a highly ranked windsurfing beach at 
times of the year. Cannon Beach offers a more concentrated source for 
upscale shopping as well as an independent bookstore,but has no 
harbor. Wheeler is an antique hunter's mecca, Nehalem has a great 
breakfast place. Nehalem Bay stretches between Wheeler and the south 
end of Manzanita,where Nehalem State Park has a boat launch, a wind-
free beach with mountain views. Cart'm is the local recycling center 
where you never know what awaits you, and is a source for firewood.
