248 Menauhant Road East Falmouth is located in the Acapesket section
of Falmouth. About three miles from Falmouth Center. One mile from
Falmouth Heights.
Property offers access to private association beach within a very
short walk, (4 houses to beach).
Views of Vineyard Sound and Great Bay. Great Bay is shown in the
pictures of view from deck.
House is a two story single family building with large deck and a
very nice back yard.
Master Bedroom on second floor with Queen Size Bed, Twin Beds in
second bedroom on second floor and twin Beds in third bedroom on
first floor.
All rooms have been freshly painted and new carpeting in bedrooms,
wide hardwood floors in other rooms, new bathrooms, one with walk in
shower and the other with a cast iron tub shower combination.

Summer Rental Rate One Week Minimum Rental Saturday to Saturday
June 13, 2008 - September 5, 2009 $2300 Weekly or $2200 per week
for 2 Week rentals.
September 12, thru November 28 available for 3 day stays at $1200.
September 12, thru November 28 available for 4-7 day stays for $1500.
Summer Season Long Rental June 2010 - September 6, 2010 $25,000.00
If you need a diferent rental period or a season long rental please let me know.
Move in 3 PM on Saturday and Move out 11 AM on Saturday. If the
house is empty on the day you are planning on arriving you can move
in earlier than 3PM.
Winter seasonal rental available $1,000 month plus utilities.
First/Last and Security required.
Summer Rental Security Deposit required.
