Vacation Rental Description

If you enjoy ocean views, beautiful sunsets or falling asleep to the 
sound of an incoming storm or the ocean surf, you can have it all at 
this beautiful, Non-Smoking, ocean view townhouse.

The interior setting is one of comfort and relaxation. Comfortable 
couches grace the vaulted living room, with a spectacular view out 
the floor to ceiling doors to the ocean view covered patio. Relax by 
the warmth of the gas fireplace or take in a movie on the 32” LCD TV 
with built-in DVD player. The separate dining room seats eight and 
cooking will be a pleasure in the modern kitchen with stainless 
steel appliances and granite countertops.

The rooms are tastefully appointed to make you feel relaxed. The 
master bedroom has a wonderful ocean view and floor to ceiling doors 
that open to the ocean view covered patio, en suite bath including a 
walk-in closet. The master includes a king sized bed, quality 
furnishings and an LCD TV with DVD player for your enjoyment. The 
second bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed, quality 
furnishings, a television and an accompanying guest bath. The living 
room also includes a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests.

Enjoy the provided amenities that will make you feel at home such as 
a collection of games and playing cards, DVD movie collection, 
binoculars, a library of books, laundry room with a washer & dryer 
and extra blankets, towels and bedding. The kitchen includes 
everything you will need to enjoy home cooking if you choose to do 
so. A coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock-pot, hand mixer, pots & 
pans and all the serving & cooking utensils you will need are 
available.

The ocean view patio is well appointed with a gas grill, patio 
chairs and tables to enjoy al fresco dining when the weather is warm.

Located on the Southern Oregon Coast, Gold Beach is a seaside town, 
a river town, and a forest/mountain town. Where the Rogue River 
meets the Pacific Ocean, you’ll find a taste of the Pacific 
Northwest that you might have thought no longer existed. 
You’ll enjoy all the things to do, from fishing to golf, tidepooling 
to forest hikes, kayaking and biking and of course the famous Jet 
Boats.

Explore antique shops, art galleries and lighthouses. Catch and
