Vacation Rental Description

This Luxury Coach Home is located in the Enclave at Palmira. This is  
a brand new unit that has been furnished by a decorator from Naples.  
The living room includes a large screen TV and cable.  The Master  
Bedroom includes a king size bed, and oversized walk-in closet. The  
Guest Bedroom includes a queen size bed and private bathroom. 
 
The dining area seats six, and the breakfast area seats four. The  
kitchen is loaded with upgrades including granite counter tops. The  
lanai overlooks a lake, and over the lake is the golf course. 
 
Palmira golf privleges are not available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, washer & dryer, 2-car garage, linens provided,  
three TVs,2 ceiling fans and other extras.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, sailing, boating,  
biking, fishing, fitness center, nearby pool.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 01 -- Feb 28 .. $3000/month 
Mar 01 -- May 31 .. $2500/month 
Jun 01 -- Sep 30 .. $1800/month 
Oct 01 -- Dec 31 .. $2000/month 
 
 
Add $150 exit cleaning fee, $1000 due at signing, 1/2 due 90 days  
prior to arrival, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
