resort pool with gazebos and shaded cabanas, luscious landscaping,
and comfortable deck loungers. Or sit in the bubbling community hot-
tub and chat with other guests as you soothe away your tensions.
Kids will love the tot’s pool - or let them play in the tot-lot next
door, as they swing on the rope swings and play hide-and-go-seek in
the frame. Inside the Aviana resort club house, you'll find an
exercise room, gathering room, cyber café, arcade video games, games
room and reception area.

Disney Playhouse Villa has a spacious family room to relax in during
the day or evening, with comfortable and contemporary furnishings
under a gentle ceiling fan, an entertainment center with cable TV
and DVD Player - so you can watch your favorite movie after a great
day at the parks. Step outside, and there's an optionally heated
private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a raised bubbling
spa pool where you and your family can splash around, laze out in
the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and
soak in “the rays”. The pool deck is provided with a removable
safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you
need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been
provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

If you want some indoor fun for the family – enjoy the games room
that is perfect for evenings of fun together. Complete with a pool
table, ping pong and air-hockey tables, you can enjoy yourselves
whatever the weather brings.

The sleeping accommodation at Disney Playhouse vacation home
includes 2 spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king-size
bed, cable TV, dresser, nightstands, walk in closet space and
private bathrooms. The third junior master also enjoys a king-size
bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser and private bathroom. Two further
bedrooms each enjoy either 2 twin beds or a bunk bed, dresser,
nightstands with lamps and closet space – all with adjacent or
nearby shared family bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room
can convert to a sleeper as required.

The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything
that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple
snack. Choose to eat in the “formal” dining area – which has a
serving hatch from the kitchen or in the breakfast nook – or why not
eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool? There is a fully
equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Please note that trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, mobile
homes, recreational vehicles, motor homes, house trailers, trailers
of every other description, boats, jet skis (or other similar
watercraft) boat and other watercraft trailers, horse trailers or
vans shall not be permitted to be parked or to be stored at any
place on the property.

The Disney Playhouse has designated this Orlando vacation home
