Bell's Lake Cottage in Lake Thurmond

Cozy cottage on the lake. 2br, 2ba lakefront house with spectacular
view of the lake. Large deck facing the lake. Screen porch on end of
house also facing the lake. An outdoor shower for those of you who
want to get clean while still enjoying the fresh air or for rinsing
the dirt and sand off the little ones before bringing them inside.

Inside:
Living room is furnished with wicker furniture, futon sleeper, TV
and DVD/VHS player. Wicker dining table and chairs. Kitchen has
standand sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, 12 cup coffe
maker, toaster oven, cookware, dining ware and utensils.
1 bedroom has full size bed. 1 small bedroom has bunk beds. 2 full
indoor bathrooms. Linens are provided for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outside:
There is a 12'x50' deck facing the lake with a gas grill. A 20'x25'
screened porch with a wicker table and chairs, 2 wicker rockers and
ceiling fans. Bath house out back has bathroom facilities,
washer/dryer, deep freezer and an outdoor heated shower. There is a
stoned fish cleaning station with sinks on the back of the bath
house.
Lake:
A private covered dock with deep water year round and a grassy area by the
lake. Private concrete boat ramp (not a community ramp) with room to park 5 boat trailers.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrise as the morning sun sparkles across the
water and witness the many deer that come to visit in the afternoon
and early evening.
And Lincolnton is just 10 minutes away for picking up those last
minute items or grabbing a bite to eat.
And for the golf enthusiast, Rocky Branch, Hickory Knob and Savannah
Lake golf courses are also just minutes away.
