Blue Heron Haven is in Neskowin South Beach, a private, gated
community. It is not unusual to be the only person on this clean and
quiet beach where you will find sand dollars, star fish, and even an
occasional glass float. Enjoy visits from Jonathan, the one-footed
sea gull. Watch seals cavort in the surf and watch bald eagles and
blue herons flying overhead.
This is the perfect vacation getaway for any age and any time of

Blue Heron Haven is located just one lot off the beach with easy
access to a pristine beach. A large deck offers a perfect place to
relax and entertain. In the winter, a wood stove warms the cozy
knotty pine interior. Note: This is a split-level home. Some stairs
must be climbed. The home has a fully equipped kitchen,
utility room with washer and dryer, and a two car garage. Two
bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds, and a trundle bed
makes into two twin beds in the family room. For entertainment,
there are two TVs, CD Player, DVD, VCR,Games, Puzzles, Books, and
DSL/Wifi Internet. In the spring and summer, the beautiful garden

All the wonders of the Oregon Coast are here or nearby. Enjoy
campfires on the beach, hiking Proposal Rock, or building a Sand
Castle on the shore. Nearby are Horse Rides, Golf Courses, Casual
Dining, and a small market. Pacific City and Cape Kiwanda are a
short drive to the North. To the South is Lincoln City, Chinook
Winds Casino, and the Oregon Coast Aquarium.

$275 per night High Season (June 15-Sept 15) Thanksgiving Holiday.
Low Season Bonus. Rent 4 nights, 1 night free.
Bonus and Low Season rates excludes holidays. ie: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Vac.
Cleaning Fee $80.00 per booking plus 1% state lodging tax.
Pets are allowed for a $50.00 additional fee.
