The Ginger Cottage originally built in 1925 has been carefully
restored and represents one of Tropical Courts most historic and
romantic cottages. Original wood flooring and modern kitchen combine
old and new. Television in the living room and both guest bedrooms
providing premium cable, local telephone, Central AC, DVD player,
stereo and high speed interent access.
- Two bedrooms/ 1 bath with queen size beds in each room.
- Custom Slate bathroom with large walk-in shower.
- Galley kitchen with granite counters and gas stove.
_ Ultra private Sun deck with BBQ grill, table for 4 and outdoor
shower.

Palm Beach. Behind the gates lies a collection of historic cottages,
each carefully restored to retain their charm with todays high
standards. The cottages are conneced with brick walkways amongst lush
tropical flooiage, Koi ponds, and European fountains.
Throughout the property there are many areas to enjoy. Guests can
watch the Koi feeding, soak in the hot tub encircled with tropical
plants, float in the waterfall pool, or sinmply read a book in one of
the many tropical alcoves.
Tropical Courts is considered by many a home away from home. There is
a relaxed casual feel that brings our guests back year after year,
whether on vacation or here for business.
Tropical Courts has spared no expense in accomadatiing its guests in
luxury exceeding the best hotels in the area. Providing ultra high
speed internet throughtout, spa quality robes, towels and 400 thread
count cotton bedding, down comforters premium channel cable
including, HBO, Showtime, TMC Movies on Demand and a variety of music
as well as over 400 channels of entertainment. Each cottage has its
own private patio area with BBQ grill. Complimentary laudry
facilities are on the grounds as well.

May 1st - October 31st : $850 per Week + tax
: $2500 per Month + tax
November 1st- April 30th,2008: $ 1500 per week + tax
$ 4000 per Month + tax
11% bedtax added per fl law.
20% deposit required to hold unit.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If arrival is in less than 30 days full payment at time of booking
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund of deposit if canceled 30 days
prior to arrival. Less than 30 days
forfeits deposit
