Vacation Rental Amenities

The master bedroom has a private entrance, sitting room, roman tub, 
king bed and a private covered patio. The other four bedrooms all have 
new queen pillow top beds and designer bedding. There are two flat 
screen HD TVs (one in the master suite and one in the great room). 
There is a computer area with high speed wi-fi. Other amenities 
include a gas fireplace, CD player, DVD player, cable tv and phone 
with unlimited local calls. The contemporary designer kitchen contains 
stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, two refrigerators, 
water filter and dispenser, gas range, oven, toaster, coffee maker and 
all utensils needed to create fantastic meals. Washer, dryer, beddings 
and linens are provided. A spacious garage with plenty of outlets, 
storage and a basketball hoop complete the dream.

Vacation Rental Rates

Taxes are 12.07% for stays less than 30 nights. 
Taxes are 1.8% for stays 30+ nights. 
  
For Long Term rates available for 6+ month stays. 
 
Departure Cleaning Fee of $300.00 for all stays. 
 
Security Deposit is $1500.00 or you may Purchase a Security Deposit Waiver, which not only 
eliminates any additional security deposit(for short term stays), and covers guests for up to  
$1500.00 of reported incidental damages. 
 
Mgmt fee of $99.00 per stay.
