Keys on a Budget!! Clean/private accomodations in Key Largo

You work hard all year, now it is time to reward yourself. This
one bedroom park model home is located inside a gated Kampground
community. The Kampground common grounds are immaculate, provide all the
amenities you could possibly need, with security until late into the
evening.  Just one mile from John Pennekamp State Park, we are on
the ocean side of Key Largo, and we have a boat launch into the
protected mangroves of the Park. It is just a short boat ride out
to the beautiful open waters of the Ocean.

There is one private bedroom with a queen bed, full bath
with tub/shower, dining set, and a large open living area with a
full size sleeper sofa. The kitchen has a full size four burner stove/oven, standard refrigerator, and is fully stocked with small appliances, cooking
utensils and dishes. Towels and bedding are provided.

The living space includes a 25 inch TV with cable, vcr, dvd, and CD player.
We provide a handful of movies and music cd's. There is an attached Florida
room with screens and sliding vinyl windows, for extra chilling space with
wicker furniture. Next to it is a small patio (with charcoal grill) that can
also be accessed from a back door thru the bedroom. The home is on a large
landscaped lot, and is located in the corner of the Kampground with plenty of
privacy. There is easy access to the pool, boat launch, private beaches, laundry
facility, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and volleyball. We have a collection of
snorkeling equipment that can be used off the private beach at the
end of the Marina. There are two mountain bikes available (his/hers) with bicycle pump.  The front office can provide you a gate card (with deposit) if you plan a late night, and return after 11pm when the outer gate closes.

There isn't much you can't do, within a mile or two in Key Largo.
The Fish Market is easy to find, with Key West shrimp just off the
morning boat. Throw them on the BBQ, and there's nothing better.
The restaurants and shopping offer a lot of local flavor. The City
Park provides nice tennis courts (two graphite racquets on hand),
and allows pets. If you have any specific activity needs, just let
me know and I will try to forward more details. The Kampground Office
has the latest tourist phamplets of the Keys, which will direct you to
area restaurants and activities. They include discount coupons for dinner,
and entrance fees.

House only sleeps four....there is a maximum occupancy of six set by
the gated facility. The weekly rate is based on seven days and six
nights. You may add additional days providing they are available.

(PETS ARE ALLOWED...THERE IS A LIMIT OF TWO PETS AND ALL DOGS MUST
BE UNDER 40 POUNDS.  IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE AND YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND)

Authorization of a $200 damage deposit will be placed on your credit card during your stay. 

1/2 the rental due immediately to lock in your dates. Balance of
rental incuding authorization for damage deposit will be scheduled to be charged on your credit card 20 days prior to check-in.  Cancellation is non-refundable if made less than 30 days prior to scheduled reservation.
