surrounded by state land with numerous hiking trails, abundant streams and a waterfall
steps away.
The house consists of two wings, each with its own entrance. Owners occupy one half and
are invisible to guests. Guests have main house exclusively with two bedrooms, each with
its own private bath, loads of sunlight, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with
cathedral ceiling and fireplace (bring your own wood) and separate spacious dining room
with fireplace.
Take a dip in the private stream on a hot summer day or sit quietly in the forest of
hemlocks and white pines. Relax on the spacious patio and watch the sunset, stars and
moon at night.
Available to a very private and quiet couple or single w/ or w/out kids (one car only) for
weekends or longer. This is truly a special place to go to if you want to get away from it
all.

No car? No problem- take the bus to Phoenicia and we can pick you up and drop you off
