Vacation Rental Description

Very secluded and spectacular setting near Phoenicia in Woodland Valley with a killer view 
surrounded by state land with numerous hiking trails, abundant streams and a waterfall 
steps away. 
The house consists of two wings, each with its own entrance. Owners occupy one half and 
are invisible to guests. Guests have main house exclusively with two bedrooms, each with 
its own private bath, loads of sunlight, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with 
cathedral ceiling and fireplace (bring your own wood) and separate spacious dining room 
with fireplace.
Take a dip in the private stream on a hot summer day or sit quietly in the forest of 
hemlocks and white pines. Relax on the spacious patio and watch the sunset, stars and 
moon at night.   
Available to a very private and quiet couple or single w/ or w/out kids (one car only) for 
weekends or longer. This is truly a special place to go to if you want to get away from it 
all.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates- all rates subject to change. 
 
Rates below are for 1-2 adults (w/ or w/out kids under 16 years old)
$400 per weekend 2 night minimum/ $75 per day extra 
$125 per week night- 2 night minimum- Sunday- Thursday
$600 holiday weekend - $75 per day extra/ 3 night minimum
$800 per week- non holiday
$950 per week for holiday week

Rates below are for 3-4 quiet adults (requires a $20 cleaning fee)
$500 per weekend   2 night minimum/ $125 per day extra  
$200 per week night- 2 night minimum- Sunday- Thursday
$750 holiday weekend - $125 per day extra/ 3 night minimum
$1100 per week- non holiday
$1300 per week for holiday week 
 
Please inquire about pets- additional deposit required plus a $15 cleaning fee
