  We welcome up to 5 Guests at our vacation rental 
condominium,Living room and Master bedroom have beautiful south side 
views of the ocean!

•	1 King Bed [New and a very very comfortable Sealy]
•	2 Twin/Trundle Bed
.       1 Oueen Sofa bed [new and comfy]

Your choice~! Most oceanfront condos are indeed a great place 
to 
have a vacation. Most hotels on the ocean do not have balconies that you can sit out in. 

What makes one better than the other? Attention to detail~!
  All! Bedding (including comforters and mattress pads) cleaned 
after each rental, better than a Hotel!



This condo has the new top of the line Sealy Posture Pedic 
Pillow Top mattresses in both bedrooms~! After a full day of 
activity, it’s nice to know you can sleep in grand comfort.All new 
appliances,beautiful dishes,tropical modern decor!

 The Condo has 3 TV’s, DVD player, Stereo with 
Cassette player and 2
VCR’S. (No fighting over what to watch) Safe, Safe, Safe~! Located on
the 3rd floor, next to the pier for loads of fun, but on those 
special holiday
weekends where there are Concerts or Surf meets, guards are at each 
entrance and by the pool to keep your parking ''space''.

The Oceanside pool is heated in the winter, not all pools in 
the area are. I, the owner live nearby and can be contacted anytime 
if a problem occurs. 

It is EZ to find and the closest safe beach to all the Orlando
attractions. Only a 45 min drive on the unconjested 
BEE-LINE Highway~! [Now Beach Line Highway]

It is a very short walk to The World Famous Ron Jon’s Surf Shop and 
to
the Trolley pick up and drop off point that 
can take you and your bicycles all around the Island and even to the
Mall~! 
TALK ABOUT VIEW~! Roof top has an observation deck with a 360 degree
view of the whole Island. Great for watching launches, sunsets or
people on the beach~!
 Cocoa Beach is a friendly quiet town. Also close by, is the 
Space Center and the beautiful untouched beaches of the Kennedy Wild 
Life Preserve, where you can see what Florida looked like when it 
was first appeared on a chart in 1502, well except for the 
occasional 
launch pad

Vacation Rental Rates

    Rates in US Funds
We rent Saturday to Saturday only, UNLESS otherwise mutually agreed 
on. Please add 11% Florida sales tax and $85 one time cleaning and 
laundering fee to all rates. There is a $300 reservation and damage 
deposit that is refunded promptly AFTER unit is cleaned. Accept checks, money orders, or certifed 
checks.
