Maison Barracks Historic French Quarter Condo! in New Orleans

Located on Barracks Street, nestled between famous Bourbon Street
and the French Quarter's high-end shopping on Royal Street, this
1840's home, carriage house and servants quarters stands as a
reminder of days past.
Stepping through the secured gate, off the street, one enters back
in time where horses pulled their carriages through the tall arched
breezeway. The small quarters off the lush courtyard would have
housed the servants to the household.
Entering the main house stairwell, creaks from the beautiful
winding cypress staircase remind one of just how long ago this house
was erected.
Unit No. 8 starts in the interior stairwell and shoots through to
the front of the house, offering a great viewing balcony that
overlooks Barracks Street, the corner at Bourbon Street, the
rooftops of the historic French Quarter and even the office and
hotel buildings of downtown New Orleans in the distance!

Our Barracks condo has 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and sleeps up to four
persons comfortably with one queen bed and one queen (comfortable)
sleeper-sofa.
It features a kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer,
glassware, dishes and silverware.
Towels and bed linens are provided along with plenty of pillows!
The living room offers awesome third floor views over the French
Quarter and of downtown New Orleans, which glows in the evening sky!
There is a television/VCR and DVD player with cable, a complete
stereo system with CD player.

The historic French Quarter offer a huge range of activities from
gambling to fine dining to an evening cruise on the mighty
Mississippi!

Rates are $100 per night. Holiday and Event rates and minimum
number of nights may apply. Please inquire about availability and
rates.
Credit cards are accepted!
Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12noon. Changes to these
times possible with prior arrangements.
