Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor duplex. The home is located a block from the beach on the south end of Ocean City, which is considered the quieter, more peaceful end of the island. We are also a block away from a fun sand park, filled with playground and sporting equipment. Park your car and leave it. An old-fashioned trolley will take you back and forth on the island hassle-free. The house is 6 years old, looks like new and is immaculate. We comfortably sleep 10. The house has an open floor plan, which allows our guests plenty of room to enjoy each others' company. The kitchen has just about anything you could possibly need for a wonderful week at the beach. Stocked with plenty of books & board-games for your entertainment. There are 3 bedrooms, including a master suite (which has its own bathroom). There is a separate laundry room. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sunrise.

Ocean City is called "America's Greatest Family Resort" for a reason. Simply stated, there is something for everyone. From the beautiful sand beaches,to the world-famous boardwalk, it is a perfect vacation. Take a trolley ride into town to spend the day shopping at Ocean City's wonderful boutiques. Or, rent some water crafts and spend the day out on the ocean. If you're feeling really brave, try out the huge water slide, or enjoy the rides or play minature golf - all on Ocean City's popular boardwalk. While you're here, you must try some of Ocean City's many great restaurants, or take a nature walk through the sandy shores. Most of all - relax. There is no better place.
