Due to the tough economy we've decided to offer a $20/night discount for the remainder of 2012 and 2013.  This brings our  prices down to a very reasonable family rate of only $99/night during the "LOW SEASON", $109/night during the "MID SEASON", and $119/night during the "HIGH SEASON", plus taxes.  We call this our "VACATIONER'S TOUGH-ECONOMY PRICING PACKAGE".  Please note that our normal "LOW SEASON" rate is $119.00/night, our normal "MID SEASON" rate is $129/night, and our normal "HIGH SEASON" rate is $139/night.   Please note that pool heating, when applicable, is an extra $20/night, or $140/week.  Also, don't forget that the exit cleaning fee is $90 for all stays less than 7 nights, and that state and local taxes are 11% of the total rental amount .  Owner reserves the right to raise prices without notice.  We suggest that you book as early as possible in order to insure your desired dates.

Welcome home to a palace fit for a princess! Please "be our guest
and put us to the test". You're sure to enjoy returning home to a
comfortable retreat where you can relax and unwind after a long
day visiting Mickey Mouse and his friends. Your little Princesses
will enjoy their Disney-themed "Princess" bedrooms (two to choose
from-one with two twin beds and one with a queen size bed).
Furthemore, your boy-racers will absolutely love their Disney-
themed "Cars" bedroom, featuring two twin beds, as well. We're quite
confident that everyone in the family will be well pleased with our
beautiful, luxurious vacation home.

In fact, the adults haven't been forgotten either. We've went "all-
out" in refurbishing the two master bedrooms with queen-sized beds.
The renewed bedroom linens in the primary master bedroom feature
sumptuous queen-size 1,200 thread-count sheets and matching
comforter. The secondary master bedroom has been upgraded with a
plush queen-size 1,200 thread-count Daisy Fuentes designer bedding
ensemble. The premium queen-sized mattresses in the 2 master
bedrooms are so nice that you'll soon drift off into a dream-filled
night of well-deserved rest.

The main master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet and the mattress/box spring combinaton was just upgraded (2010) to a Sealy Posture-Pedic pillow top set.  The bathroom facility in the main master bedroom also features a "walk-in" shower stall with bench seat and double vanities. The second master has a spacious closet and a walk-in shower, as well. There is also a day-bed/crib stored in the second master bedroom. This unit is very heavy-duty and features an upgraded Sealy mattress and mattress pad, as well as "Princess" bed sheets. Please note that this bed is movable and should be moved when it is being used. It is kept under the wall-mounted TV, which is very securely mounted, but better to err on the side of caution.

There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, creating a comfortable sleeping arrangement for two more adults or children.  In fact we've just installed (2010) a Lynley "Pub Style" sleeper sofa with matching love seat.  We also outfitted the bed in that sofa with all new sheets, upgraded mattress pad, and new upgraded pillows.   We also added as an option for those with babies a Graco "running" stroller and Graco car seat that adapts to the stroller or can be used alone in a car. You'll also find 2 portable play pens and a high chair for your use.  We've also made sure that there's a large-capacity washer & dryer in the garage so you don't have to go home to a load of laundry to clean. For your "down time" there are numerous board games available. There are no additional fees for the use of any of these items.

We're also pleased to announce that we recently installed brand-new Magnavox 24" combination TV/DVD/VCR units into each of the five bedrooms except the main master bedroom where a Sharp Aquos 37" LCD HDTV with built-in Blu Ray player was installed (2010). All TV's are mounted up high on special wall mounts. This way they're out of the way and each and every member of the family can watch their favorite program or movie. There are also front video inputs that will allow video games to be hooked up and watched on the TV screens.

Just completed was the addition of high-speed wireless Internet service to the home so all you need to bring is your laptop computer and a wireless card and you'll be surfing the net in no time.

News Flash! We just upgraded the main TV in the living room of our beautiful "Princess Palace" to a brand-new Vizio 52" wide-screen LCD HDTV.  We also put in an HD DVD player alongside the TV.  At the same time we upgraded the cable service to "Digital". This means that you'll be able to view many TV channels in true 1080i High Definition. The picture is so fantastic that you may never get off the couch!

The 15' x 30' pool is heated during the winter months and is a joy to come home to after a long day of chasing the kids around Disney World, or any of the other many theme parks. Please remember that there is an extra charge of $140/week plus tax to cover the cost of pool heating, but the ability to "de-stress" in the warm pool is well worth the extra cost. Pool heating is normally only needed from October through April but some may wish to consider it as early as mid-September and as late as mid-May. 

This home is wheelchair accessible by a "manually-operated wheelchair only.  Motorized wheelchairs do not have enough room to maneuver in the bathrooms.

There are countless restaurants and dinner theaters within minutes of the home. There are more choices of food styles than what you could sample in a two week span. Gas stations and banks are also plentiful. The local library is just across from the new Wal-
Mart Supercenter.

Downtown Disney offers a wide variety of activities during the day and a lively "night-life" in the evenings for the adults.

Besides Disney World, you may also want to check out Sea World, Discovery Cove, Universal Studios, Pleasure Island, and several other water parks. Cape Canaveral is just a short drive away, as is the beach at the ocean. There are also several excellent golf
courses in the immediate area.

Sales & lodging tax of 11% will be added to all rentals. A cleaning fee of $90 (plus tax) will also be added to all rentals less than 7 nights. Pool heat is an additional $140/week, or $20/night for less than a week. A booking fee of $500 is due when securing your requested time period. This fee is not "on top" of the rental fee, it's part of it. The balance of the rent (minus the booking fee) is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. A $300 security deposit check is required with your final rent payment.  This deposit check will be returned to you, or shredded with your permission, within 7 days after your departure assuming no damage to the home or its contents. No refunds will be given within 30 days of arrival. Payments accepted via PayPal with a 4% fee added. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
