Vacation Rental Description

This is a solar assisted, eco minded executive home, with everything 
on one level and only 200 feet from the beach. We are located in a 
new and secure, gated community with upscale homes. Included are all 
the ammenities to make your stay pleasant and memorable. If you are 
looking to get away from the crowds this is the place for you. 
Stores, shopping etc... are only a few minutes away by car. 

A Vonage telephone with free long distance to Canada/USA and 
Puerto Rico. We also have a Mexican pay per minute cell phone, for local calls.

All three bedrooms are air condtioned,have king size double 
pillow top mattresses, numerous pillows per bed and are covered in 
Egyptian cotton beddings, that are sooo comfortable.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet with a safe for valuables, 
plus an oversized ensuite.
One of the other two bedrooms with king size beds is connected to 
another large three piece bathroom.  A third pool bathroom is just 
off the patio. 
A washer,dryer, ironing board and iron are in the pantry just off 
the kitchen.

Our kitchen is equipped with top grade appliances including large 
side by side fridge, 6 burner stove/oven, microwave oven, 
dishwasher,blender, toaster, dishes, glassware, cutlery and cooking 
utensils. Washer, dryer and iron. A large spice collection and other 
basic cooking needs are supplied. All you need to holiday here is 
personal items and food. 

UV technology assures pure water throughout the house with a 
seperate water cooler for those who prefer bottled water. 
A choice of Sirrius radio through the TV or XM satellite radio 
flows through a stereo system for any style listening pleasure. 
Satellite TV with a full movie channel package has American 
programming. Stay in touch with the outside world if you wish with 
our high speed wireless internet connection.

Enjoy cooling ocean breezes, under the palapa right next to your 
private pool and sit back with your favorite book. 
The ocean is only steps away for those long beach walks.
A 27 hole golf course is just up the road with more golfing just 40 
minutes away in Manzanillo city.

We also include twice weekly maid service but daily service can be 
supplied for a per day cost, paid directly to the maid.

For guests who have small children, a playpen, a stroller, a high 
chair, an infant size life jacket, and a car seat are supplied to 
minimize your packing needs. Included are some small weights, a yoga 
mat and exercize ball for those who wish to keep up their gym 
routine. 

This is a small town Mexico atmosphere where the locals all greet 
you with a genuine smile. Credit cards and dollars are not normally 
the currency of choice as all stores price their goods in pesos. A 
bank card to extract pesos from your home account works great. 

A car rental is necessary. 

 

Vacation Rental Amenities

State of the art UV water sterilazation and filter system makes all 
water in this home safe. A seperate water cooler is supplied for 
cold bottled drinking water. 
  Satellite TV with full movie channel package. DVD Player with 
small library for young and older. XM satellite radio with indoor 
and outdoor speakers. Private pool and palapa. Everything is on one 
level always with Ocean views. New and comfortable furniture inside 
and out. Deluxe kitchen and every appliance necessary to prepare any 
meal. 
 Our beach is only 200 feet away and is a national turtle sanctuary. 
Early morning walks usually find tracks where large sea turtles came 
on shore to lay their eggs. 
If you get tired of the local diet, your regular meat and potato
store is very closeby.  

Activities and Attractions

There is no shortage of things to do if you want to keep busy. 
Deep sea fishing, snorkling, surfing, horseback riding, dunebuggy 
rentals, exploring the many different beaches up the coast, checking 
out all the different restaurants and bars etc. are just a few of 
the activities available.

Vacation Rental Rates

March 3rd,2008 to November 28,2008  $175.00 per night, 5 night 
minimum. 

Monthly $3500.00 from April  to November 2008 

November 29th,2008 to May 1st,2009 $250.00 per night, 7 night minimum

Rates are for 2 to 4 guests only. Add $35.00 each for 5th and 6th 
guests. Total 6 people.

NOTE: December 20th,2008 to Jan 2nd 2009 (Christmas and NewYears) 14 
nights $5880.00. Up to 6 people.
