Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort in Puerto Penasco

One hour south of Lukeville Arizona nestled on the Sea of Cortez
rest the incredible luxury beach and golf resort of Las Palomas.
Beachfront living at its best with breathtaking views from the
beautifully furnished living room,spacious patio and two of the
three bedrooms. We are members of the resort rental pool and as such can offer you great deals!

Non Smoking Unit,no exceptions. NO PETS

We have 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in
the living room. The 42" flat screen TV in the living room also has
a Stereo with surround sound and DVD. The master bedroom has a 32"
flat screen TV. The other bedrooms have 26" Led Flat Screen Tv and DVD
players. The dining room seats six at the table and 4 at the
kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully furnished will all appliances
and dishware and utensils. There is an in unit laundry room with
washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our place comfortably accommodates 2-8 people.

18-Hole Golf Course (advance tee time available, fee $95.00 is
subject to change check with the golf office upon arrival for current rates.)

Las Palomas is five minutes from the Malacon, Old Port, where you
will find hideaway restaurants and shops along the esplanada plaza. Sit
on the sea wall and watch the dolphins playfully swimming, the
soaring birds, or the fishing boats leaving for a nights catch. On
weekend nights you can watch the sun set to the music of various
wandering Mariachi group.

Wind surfing, parachute sailing, fishing, dinner cruises, banana
boat rides,and for those of you who prefer land, the ATV adventure!

· Rates In Compliance With Las Palomas Owners Rental Program This unit is in the Las Palomas Rental Pool Unit. Renting through us we are able to give you the owners rate discount.  Call for special rates.

All rates are per night and in US dollars. Includes daily housekeeping services and access to all resort amenities. 

Holidays require 2 night stay

rates do not include 7.9% fee

CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE RESORT: request received at least 10 days prior to the check in date, a $150.00 cancellation fee applies.  Las Palomas will process the refund for your deposit less the $150.00 cancellation fee.

Within 10 days of the check in date, there are no refunds, however the resort will rebook you at another date if available.

CHANGE POLICY OF THE RESORT: Reservation dates change request will be accomodated at least 10 days prior to your check in date depending on condo availability.  Rate changes may apply.  Any non-refundable rental fee payment will be made prior to the change will apply to the resvised reservation and remain  non-refundable.  No date changes are allowed within 10 days of the check-in date.

 

Holiday reservations that are cancelled will not receive a refund.

A security deposit is taken when you arrive at the resort and returned,
if there is no damage or loss to the unit upon your
checkout/departure.
