Casa Bella Vista is a beautifully remodeled beachfront home located
directly on the Pacific Ocean in San Marcelino, in the region of
Playa Costa del Sol. It is a short 20 minute drive from the
International Airport. The recent renovation includes new
furnishings, new appliances, new TV, new balcony, new tile flooring, air conditioned bed rooms
and much more. It has a natural Salvadoran feel, with modern
American amenities. The house has 3 bedrooms, and will sleep
8 people comfortably. It has 2 bathrooms, with one additional bath
at poolside. The yard includes a thatch-covered "Rancho" with a
built in BBQ grill, and amazing sunset views. You will have a full
kitchen with modern appliances and accessories. The caretaker staff
resides on the property, which is gated front and back. You will be
close to several well known World-Class surf spots, as well as
having access to your own private beach break at the house.

vacation rental rates

Off season
August 16, 2008 -- October 31, 2008: $1200/week (7 nights), $350/weekend (2 nights, one must be
Saturday) (additional days $150)


Regular Season
November 1, 2007 -- August 15th, 2008: $1400/week, $450/weekend (additional days $200).



High Season
Christmas/New Year, December 10 -- January 10: $1900/week, $600/weekend (additional days $250)



High Season
Easter, March 10 -- 31st: $1900/week, $600/weekend

High Season
First week of August: $1900/week, $600/weekend


Notes: Week consists of 7 contiguous nights; weekend 2 nights (one night must be Saturday)

Rentals may be reserved by any major credit card, and will appear on your statement as Perfect Right
Productions. PRP will accept only US dollars. Payments may be made here on our secure credit card
processor, or we can send an email with detailed payment instructions. Money orders and cashiers
checks will be accepted and can be mailed directly to the proprietor. Please email for instructions.

A non-refundable, $200 deposit is required to reserve your stay. This money will be applicable to
the total rental cost. The balance will be due no less than 30 days before departure. If the
balance is not received with the specific time, PRP will consider your reservation as cancelled.

A $100 deposit is required to secure potential damages. This can be billed to your credit card or
added to another form of payment. If there is no damage, aside from normal wear & tear upon your
departure, your deposit will be returned to you within 45 days.

Cancellations:
a.) Thirty (30) days notice or more before departure: All monies paid will be returned with the
exception of the $200 deposit

b.) Twenty-nine (29) days notice or less before departure: 50% of the monies paid will be returned
with the exception of the $200 deposit

c.) Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances such illness or weather related will not be charged
a cancellation fee

d.) May take up to 45 days to receive reimbursement
