The fully air conditioned condo is situated on the first floor directly overlooking the tenth fairway of the exclusive par 72 golf course with stunning views up and down the fairway. It is an end condo enjoying a light and airy feel from high cathedral ceilings and a window in every room.  A short distance from the condo is the club house, swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court. Front and rear lani covered balconies are furnished for al-fresco dining. Well presented accommodation consists of a large lounge with dining area, two bedrooms and den, the master bedroom having a king size bed, walk in wardrobes and en-suite shower and w.c, and the second bedroom having twin beds and full bathroom facility. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with second dining area, a separate utility/laundry area with washing machine and dryer is located within the apartment. The lounge is equipped with a television and DVD player. All rooms have windows.
Temporary membership of the Golf and Country Club can be arranged
for the duration of your stay if required, which will enable use of
the Club House with its bar and restaurant, golf course, driving
range, fully equipped gymnasium and steam room.

Tara Golf and Country Club is located off State Road 70 on the
border of the cities of Sarasota and Bradenton to the south of Tampa
on the Gulf Coast. The Club is close to Interstate 75 making
traveling from Florida airports an easy exercise. Tampa airport is
50 minutes and Sarasota/Bradenton airport is 20 minutes away.
The nearest beach to Tara can be reached within twenty minutes by
car. Beaches include Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and
Bradenton beach. As well as the first class facilities at Tara Golf
and Country Club, icluding excellent dining.    The Condo is located
within close proximity to restaurants and shops.
