Treat yourself to a truly relaxing vacation at the beautiful Ocean Villas
at Turtle Bay Resort. Set along a five mile stretch of pristine beaches
these villa are the epitome of luxury and relaxation. Our eight Ocean
Villas are set beach front at the Turtle Bay resort which allows you
access to all the resort amenities listed below. We offer a selection of
different views with our eight villas for you to choose from: a choice
of the third floor (top floor), second floor or beach level.
Our villas were built as recently as 2006 and represent the newest
development at Turtle Bay Resort. They offer 800 sqft of living space
and come with an over-sized lanai with a teak dining table and lounge
chair. Every one of our villas is oceanfront and boasts an amazing
ocean view. The living rooms come equipped with a Bose Entertainment
System with a 42 Inch Flat Screen TV, DVD Player as well as high speed
internet and wireless access, just bring your own laptop. There is a
printer/fax and all US calls are complimentary. Stack washer and dryer
is provided as well as bassinet/playpen. Central air conditioning plus
a dehumidifier will keep you comfortable in all of our villas.
There is a queen size bed in the bedroom area while the sofa in the
living room pulls out to a double bed. A full gourmet kitchenette with
granite counter-tops, bar fridge, Wolf cook-top, microwave, cookware,
appliances, silverware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, and
spice rack will have you cooking like you're at home.

This one bedroom studio villa can be rented separately or rented
jointly with our three bedroom villa. Each villa has their own
individual entrance, but there is an interior door that can be
opened to combine the villas or locked to keep them separate.

The reservation deposit is $1,000 for the typical stay and is
credited towards your trip, the remaining payment is due 60 days
prior to your trip; both payments are not refundable. Rental tax
is 12%, departure cleaning fee is $150 and a refundable damage
deposit is required. Daily maid service is optional at $100 per
cleaning. Please note the one bedroom studio comes with one
bathroom.
