serenity takes over starting with the front porch swing amid the 
trees.  

Serene, tranquil view of the lake from the huge screened in patio 
complete with 4 oversized rockers and outdoor dining with stereo 
speakers, all while enjoying the lakefront view. Step outside to the 
deck for additional dining and sun chairs.  Continue down to the 
covered dock where there is seating for fishing, viewing or bring 
your boat up.

Luxury? All new furnishing in the family room with new sleeper sofa 
(sleeps 2)  attached chaise lounge, 2 dual recliners, stone 
fireplace, entertainment center with television, CD, DVD, VCR stereo 
system. Professionally furnished.  Master bedroom is on the main 
floor with queen sized bed, chair with ottoman plus television and 
reading lamps. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms overlooking the lake. One 
with full size bed and television. One with three (3) twin sized 
beds (no bunks here) featuring entertainment area TV for Play 
Station-style hookups and additional television for relaxation in 
bedroom.

Want to hold a small church or professional retreat? Club meeting or 
business social? Family or friends?

Additional features: oak and slate floors, granite counters, bead 
board judges paneling, stone fireplace, kitchen with stainless 
highline appliances, pantry room. All media feature remote

Relax or fish on the covered dock or bring your boat up. Two public 
boat ramps are minutes away and we can refer a boat rental company.  
Shopping, dining, restaurants, parks, theater, interstate less than 
2 miles away.

separate heating/airconditioning units, 3 TV’s, DVD/CDplayer, VCR, 
stereo w/deck speakers, stainless steel appliance kitchen with 
electric range, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
cooking utensils, plates, silverware etc. provided, linens/towels 
provided.

coves, golf, tennis, hiking, biking, gym, amusement and water park, 
hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, premium outlet mall

Vacation Rental Rates

May through September		$ 1395 per week		$250 per 
night
October through April		$  895 per week		$175 per 
night

Holiday rates			$1595 per week		$295 per 
night

3 night minimum.  Weekly rental is Friday through Friday.

***** A $95 cleaning fee will be added to the total.  There is a 
refundable $500 security deposit.  No Pets, please. The security 
deposit is required to reserve a week or weekend.  The total rental 
amount plus security deposit is due at least two weeks prior to 
check-
in.
