bed and cable tv.
The second bathroom is in the hall and has a vanity sink and a
tub/shower. Kitchen is
newly equipped with a refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, electric
stove/oven, and
dishwasher. Dining area has table for six and two more can sit at the
island. Living room
has a queen size sofa bed, love seat and cable tv with a DVD/VCR
player. Washer and
dryer are in the entryway closet.
This 18 unit complex is convenient to shopping and minutes to the
Marina and Atlantic
City casinos.
Relax on the balcony while you listen to the sea gulls and watch the
waves of the Atlantic
Ocean roll ashore.

2 queen size beds, 1 queen size sofa bed, 3 cable tvs, dvd/vcr
player, washer/dryer,
microwave, dishwasher, electric stove and oven, refrigerator with ice

maker, toaster, cooking utensils, pot and pans, dishes, glasses,
flatware, iron/ironing board,
hair blow dryer, wireless internet and beach tags for 6 people. The
complex has an elevator
from the parking garage as well as steps, an ouside rinse off shower
and a storage bin for
each unit for beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Minature golf, 18 hole golf course, public tennis courts, basketball
courts, beach volleyball,
bike rentals, playgrounds on the island as well as gyms. There are
boat rentals, jet skis,
scenic boat tours, dolphin watching and fishing trips available at
the marinas. Water skiing,
kayaking, wind surfing and sailing are also available. Plenty of
restaurants to choose from
both on the island and close by.
Ocean City boardwalk is 20 minutes away. Cape May Zoo is about 1 hour
away.
There is something for everyone to do or do nothing but relax on the
beach with a good
book.

Additional $100 cleaning fee except for full weeks during the in-season
June 13, 2009 through September 5, 2009 $1600/week
September 5, 2009 through October 31, 2009 $1200/week
November 2009 through April 2010(2 night minimum)$350.00 plus   $100.00 cleaning fee.

Holiday weekends additional: Memorial Day weekend $500, Labor Day weekend $850. No New Year's Eve rentals, No Senior Week rentals.

We offer a 10% discount for consecutive multiple weeks in the prime season!

There is an additional $300 refundable security deposit.
