double sinks, 2 person whirlpool tub and a shower stall. The second bedroom has two single beds and cable tv.
The second bathroom is in the hall and has a vanity sink and a
tub/shower. Kitchen is newly equipped with a refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher. Dining area has table for six and two more can sit at the island. Living room
has a queen size sofa bed, love seat and a 42" Flat screen cable tv with a DVD player. Washer and dryer are in the entryway closet.
This 18 unit complex is convenient to shopping and minutes to the
Marina and Atlantic City casinos.
Relax on the balcony while you listen to the sea gulls and watch the
waves of the Atlantic Ocean roll ashore.

from the parking garage as well as steps, an ouside rinse off shower
and a storage bin for
each unit for beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Minature golf, 18 hole golf course, public tennis courts, basketball
courts, beach volleyball,
bike rentals, playgrounds on the island as well as gyms. There are
boat rentals, jet skis,
scenic boat tours, dolphin watching and fishing trips available at
the marinas. Water skiing,
kayaking, wind surfing and sailing are also available. Plenty of
restaurants to choose from
both on the island and close by.
Ocean City boardwalk is 20 minutes away. Cape May Zoo is about 1 hour
away.
There is something for everyone to do or do nothing but relax on the
beach with a good
book.

 No New Year's Eve rentals, No Senior Week rentals.

We only rent by the week, Saturday to Saturday during the prime season.
