retaining a sense of the history of the house.  Enjoy the privacy of  
this adorable home situated on 1/3 acre and within walking distance  
to restaurants and downtown shops.

Nat'l Monument, Coral Pink Sanddunes State Park, Glen Canyon Dam and  
Dixie National Forest. 
Recreation opportunities abound with bicycling, hiking, rock  
climbing, canyoneering, fishing, horseback riding, ATV trails and  
boating!

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season(April 16 - October 15).......$145 /night(3 night minumum) 
Guests that rent 6 nights in peak season can get 7th night free! 
Off-Peak Season(October 16 - April 15).....$125 /night(2 night minimum) 
*Guests that rent 3 nights in off-peak season can get 4th night free! 
$200 refundable security deposit required on all reservations. 
  **$10 per night extra charged for each guest over 5 persons.**$10  
per night will be added for pets.**(Pets welcome in outdoor kennel) 
**Advanced payment of 50% of rental rate required 60 days in advance  
of your stay with the balance of rent due 15 days prior to your  
arrival.**Housekeeping of $50 minimum (rate increase with large groups) 
 charged at the end of your stay.**Sales tax & bed tax of 12.15% added 
to price.
