Vacation Rental Description

This is a charming, very clean free standing house on the infamous Ocean Drive in Juno Beach.This is 
your pick for an immaculate well cared for house. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a one car garage and a 
screened lanai.  From the living room and dining room you can look out the large, picture windows to 
see picturesque Pelican Lake.  The lake is surrounded by a park-like setting with a gazebo, benches, 
wild ducks and a beautifully landscaped one mile walking path. At the south end of the lake is a 
terrific playgound. Just out the front door of the house is Ocean Drive with the very popular 5 mile 
Juno-Jupiter beach path perfect for strolling, running, rollerblading and biking.
 TRULY... 3 minute walk out the front door and you will be on the beach. The beach entrance has a 
shaded gazebo, wooden ramp and freshwater showers.  This house is ideally located for enjoying the 
beach.  
Golfers will delight in several nearby renowned golf courses.  Baseball fans will find Roger Dean 
Stadium, home of major league spring training, just a short ten minute drive away. Fisherman can 
enjoy the new Juno fishing pier on Ocean Drive and boaters will love having so many nearby marinas 
and the easy access to the Palm Beach inlet and the ocean.  And don't forget the fabulous dining and 
shopping!

Vacation Rental Amenities

 The house is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary 
bedroom, kitchen, and bath accessories. Many of the furnishings have 
been newly upgraded. 
- Beautiful hardwood floors throughout.
- Master bedroom has a queen-size bed with a great mattress, large 
sliding glass doors to the screened lanai, TV, large walk-in closet 
and a master bath. 
- The middle bedroom has a double bed and the front bedroom has a 
twin-size daybed with an additional twin-size trundle.  The front 
bedroom also can serve as an office and is equipped  with a desk and 
chair. 
- The living room is spacious and bright with plenty of sunlight.  
It has a  full size sofa and a love seat, coffee and end tables.  
There is a TV, DVD, and stereo in this room.
Large sliding glass doors open to the screened lanai which allows 
for the flow through of wonderful ocean breezes. 
- Full dining room with table and chairs.
- A beautiful view of Pelican Lake can be seen from the large front 
windows in the dining and living rooms.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with: microwave, toaster oven, 
coffee maker and all pots/pans and dishes.  It also has a small 
breakfast table that seats four.
- The screened lanai has two lounge chairs and a teak table and 
chairs that seats four.
- The laundry room is large and includes a full sized washer and 
dryer and a utility sink.
- Entrance into the house can also be done through the one car 
garage.
- For your enjoyment, there are two mountain bikes, beach chairs and 
a beach umbrella.	

Activities and Attractions

 A short walking distance away you can find--- a children's 
playground, basketball court, surf spots, the new Juno Beach fishing 
pier, and the world  renowned  Loggerhead Marine Life Center of Juno 
Beach.  A slightly further walk and you will find the inter-coastal 
waterway, Carlin State Beach Park and the Jupiter Inlet and 
Lighthouse.
- A short drive away and you will find:  
  World class golfing.
  Roger Dean Stadium, spring training for the St. Louis Cardinals.
  MacArthur Park ( a wildlife park and estuary).
  The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens each with many      
popular retail stores, restaurants and movie theaters.

Off-Season Rent:(May - Oct):  $1850/month $950/week

Seasonal Rent:  (Nov - Dec):  $3000/month*  $1500/week 
                (Jan - Apr):  $4200/month*  $1500/week

Book entire winter season,Dec-April, available at this time.  

Security deposits for all weekly and monthly rentals.  

A $100-$150 cleaning/exit fee 

Rental price includes: water/sewer/trash, electric (up to
