Enjoy a barbeque on the deck, and end your evening watching the ocean waves with your coffee or after dinner drink, only a verrrry short walk away.
All modern appliances; new refrigerator, new washer and dryer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and outdoor shower are included. All linens and towels are included as well as 2 kyaks and beach chairs. Bay kyaking and ocean boogie boarding, body surfing, and gorgeous sunsets are part
of the fun. Dining in Ocean Beach or Fair Harbor are only a water taxi ride away or a short walk on the beach.

July and August weekly rates are $3,200.00 - $3,400.00 per week.
June and September rates range from $3,000.00. Week begins on
Saturday. One week minium, 7 night stay. $500.00 security deposit and $100.00 cleaning fee required. Please call for status of remaining weeks available.
