     This unique Fire Island home in Atlantique offers spectacular bay views with wrap around decks.  Amazing sunsets are part of the atmosphere.  Sit on your deck and enjoy a cool drink while watching the waves hit the bay shore.  Enjoy a barbeque on the deck, and end your evening watching the ocean waves with your coffee or after dinner drink, only a verrrry short walk away. 

      All modern appliances; new refrigerator, new washer and dryer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave and outdoor shower are included.  All linens and towels are included as well as 2 kyaks and beach chairs.  Bay kyaking and ocean boogie boarding, body surfing, and gorgeous sunsets are part
of the fun.  Dining in Ocean Beach or Fair Harbor are only a water taxi ride away or a short walk on the beach.

Full house rental includes refrigerator, stove, microwave,
dishwasher, washer, dryer, satellite TV, 2 kyaks, life jackets, out
door shower, deck furniture, sheets, towels, fully equipped kitchen,
Weber grill and deck furniture.

Ocean and bay swimming, kyaking, nature walks, reading on the deck
overlooking the Great South Bay, relaxing with the sunset. Life
guard and snack bar at Atlantique Ocean side.

July and August weekly rates are $3,400.00 - $4,000.00 per week.
June and September rates range from $3,000.00- 3,400.00 Week begins on
Saturday. One week minium, 6 night stay. $500.00 security deposit and $100.00 cleaning fee required. Please call for status of remaining weeks available.

Week begins on Saturday at noon and ends at Friday at 3:00pm  Six nights and seven days
