Vacation Rental Description

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with balcony & vaulted ceilings on 
the 2nd floor. The unit comes complete with linens, china, and 
everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen has a 
microwave,dishwasher,garbage disposal, toaster, cookware, flatware, 
washer/dryer. 

Master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet and a french 
door that leads to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds 
and a dresser.  Both rooms have several sets of bedlinens and 
towels. 

The living room has a sliding glass door to the balcony.  There is a 
futon, end table and tv set. 

The unit rents starting at $1200 seasonal (depending on length of 
stay) and is also available for a 1 year lease at a lower rate.  (It 
is currently furnished, but we can remove the furniture if you lease 
for 1+ years).

Vacation Rental Amenities

The community has a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, walking paths, 
special "dog walk", and is located appx 2 blocks from the 
beach/parks  The area is lovely, with many parks and public beaches, 
shopping (walking distance), restaurants, and everything you need!  
People are friendly, and the area is very clean and pretty. It is 
not a beachside unit, but is only about a 2 block walk to the beach.

The unit comes with 2 parking spaces directly outside the entrance.

Activities and Attractions

There are lots of activities in the area: fishing, boating, 
snorkeling, shell collecting, or just nature watching along the 
shore.  The area has many parks and picnic areas.

Vacation Rental Rates

Seasonal rates start at $1200. Lower rates for 6-month or annual 
lease available,furnished or unfurnished
