Vacation Rental Description

Our beach block 3 bedroom, 2 bath summer condo is truly the best of 
the best.  Located just steps to the sand, we can honestly say that 
we're closer to the ocean than most oceanfront condos. North 
Wildwood has the shortest walk to the water out of any of the 
Wildwoods. Our condo is almost 1800 square feet which is over 500 
square feet larger than most other units found in other complexes.  
We can sleep up to 12, with plenty of living space for everyone to 
spread out. The quiet, northern end of the boardwalk is right in 
front of you, just a short walk to all the fun.  We have a beautiful 
pool located in the rear of the complex which is very private. The 
finishing touches are being put on the hot tub for summer of '08. We 
have an unobstructed view of the ocean from our front balcony, and 
pool and ocean view from the master bedroom balcony.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master Bedroom has queen bed w/double dresser, flat screen t.v, 
w/dvd player.  Also has master bathroom with shower.

Guest Bedroom has queen bed w/double dresser, flat screen t.v.

Child Bedroom has bunk beds w/double dresser.

Dining Room has counter height table with seating for 8.
Island counter with granite top has seating for 4.

The kitchen, along with all it's upgraded stainless steel 
appliances, 
is well stocked with all the conveniences of home.

Living Room has queen sleeper sofa w/matching loveseat, and chair.  
Watch t.v or play a dvd movie on 40" flat panel television.

Additional high rise is located in seperate casual seating area.

2 cots are also available if needed.

Large bathroom w/bathtub.

Full Laundry room with washer and dryer.

Central air, cable television, ceiling fans in all rooms are just a 
few of the many features.

Outdoor Features
Secluded, designer shaped, large pavered pool is tucked 
behind unit away from streets and sidewalks.
Private outdoor shower with bathroom.


Sheets and towels are available, but you're encouraged to bring your 
own. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Many games and books can be 
found throughout.

Newly installed comcast wireless internet.

Please, no smoking.

Activities and Attractions

North Wildwood has quickly become the place to stay in Cape May 
County.  There are plenty advantages to staying in the northern end 
of the island.  Some of the nicest places to dine are located in 
North Wildwood along with dance clubs and Irish Pubs.  Jet ski, 
parasail, boating, fishing, and crabbing is right there.  Bikes 
available next door to our complex.  Games, rides, and water parks 
on the 2 + mile long boardwalk.  Outdoor movies, and other North 
Wildwood sponsored activities every day of the week. Fireworks every 
Friday night in the summer @ 10 P.M can be seen right outside your 
front door.  But, the best reason to stay in North Wildwood is the 
short walk to the ocean from our beach block home with no streets to 
cross.  North Wildwood is well known for the shortest walk to the 
ocean once you hit sand. And if you feel like taking a 30 minute 
drive, you can be in one of several Atlantic City Casinos.
