Vacation Rental Description

Located on beautiful Pentwater Lake, the Spinnaker Condos are minutes walking time from shopping and 
dining in downtown Pentwater.

This condo is a second level unit with two floors.  There is a balcony on the first floor 
overlooking Pentwater Lake.  The kitchen, dining and living areas, plus one bedroom with a queen 
size bed are on the first level.  A full bathroom is also on this level.

The second floor has a very large bedroom with a king size bed.  There is a full bath on this floor 
also. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a large new washer and dryer, a Bose CD player, a TV and DVD 
player.  The sheets and towels are furnished, although we suggest you bring your own beach towels.

Activities and Attractions

The condo is a ten minute walk to Mears Park/Beach, which is located on the sandy beaches of Lake 
Michigan and which many say has the best sunsets. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are $1200 per week.  Check in is at 4 p.m. and check out at 11 a.m..  There is a $300 
deposit, which is returned the Monday after leaving. No smoking, please.
