Vacation Rental Description

Located in Daytona Beach Shores, this 2 bedroom 2 full bath unit 
allows you to relax just steps from the beach.  There is a beautiful 
view of the Intercoastal Waterway and Dunlawton Bridge, though it has 
an obstructed view of the ocean.  Ocean Terrace Club is 5 miles south 
of Daytona and 5 miles north of the picturesque Ponce Inlet 
Lighthouse/Science Center.  The area features the famous Daytona 
Beach where you are able to walk across the street and sit on the non-
driving side or drive your car and park on the beach.  The driving 
side has a fishing pier and a great restaurant. This condo is 
surrounded by beautiful paved nature reserves, as well as ocean and 
riverfront restaurants.  

This fully furnished 6th floor condo itself is beautifully 
decorated.  It is indeed a home away from home which includes all 
linens/towels and a full kitchen with everything you need.  The 
master bedroom has a King-size bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen-
size bed and a twin bed.  The living room has a full size sleeper 
sofa.  You will enjoy sitting on the balcony or watching the boats go 
by from the kitchen.

In addition, there is a $75 cleaning fee.

A refundable security deposit of $250 is required for reservation.
