Gold Canyon is a quiet village 35 miles east of Phoenix Sky Harbor 
Airport with several restaurants, drug and grocery stores, as well 
as a variety of other amenities, including a Spa at the nearby Gold 
Canyon Golf Resort.  The townhome overlooks the #5 tee box on the 
Sidewinder course at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort.  The Sidewinder 
and Dinosaur Mountain courses are top rated public courses in 
Arizona by Golf Digest... all right out your window and your 
patio door!

The first floor has a spacious and comfortable family room with
