and night life at the new Mammoth Village, this house is centrally 
located for all popular Mammoth Mountain activities and 
destinations. If you are looking for nice amenities in a private 
home setting with a cozy cabin feel and close proximity to the

and granite throughout, beautiful dining room with rustic pine 
dining table (seats 10), large living room with fireplace and view 
of Sherwin Mountains, large flat screen TV and music entertainment 
center, WiFi broadband connection, private outdoor hot tub spa, 
garage, and driveway parking for 8 cars. 

Preston House I is a private home with a large sized lot and plenty 
of room in the back yard for outdoor snow play. The private hot tub 
is especially inviting after a long day on the slopes for soothing 
those aching muscles and relaxing apres ski hours. The large outdoor 
upper deck immediately off of the living/dining rooms has a gas 
barbeque provides beautiful views of the Sherwin Mountains.
