Sunset Beach in Lake Livingston

Great open waterfront with beautiful sunsets and beach area just for our tenants and boat customers. Four bedrooms and 2 baths.  One of the bedrooms adjoins the master suite with a twin bed  and futon for the smaller children that need to sleep close to their parents.  We will allow pets under 30lbs and must be house broken. No more than 2 pets and $50.00 non refundable pet deposit is required.

Fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware, glasses, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer &
dryer, toilet tissue, paper towels, bath towels, bed linens, charcoal grill, picnic table, Dish TV,
foosball table, 2 futon sofas for additional sleeping. Public boat ramp next block, discount on
boat/jetski rentals for week day stays. Cafe is two doors down that has great breakfast and homemade hamburgers,
french fries and onion rings; they also sell newspapers, ice and some grocery items.

Boat/jet ski rentals, fishing guide trips; Indian Reservation approx. 45 min drive on Hwy 190E.; antique shopping in Livingston, Onalaska, Trinity, Coldspring all within 30 min drive of home; nearby Lake Livingston State Park for horseback riding.

**Summer Rates--$200.00 a night 2 night minimum--Holidays are three night minimum $1100.00 weekly rate. A $75.00 cleaning fee and $250.00 security deposit fee and 1/2 of rental fee due within two weeks of booking and the rest of rental fee due within two weeks of arrival.
