Vacation Rental Description

Our house is a young, fresh and colorful townhouse right in Flagstaff's best area, the Continental Country Club! Green, 
quiet and just flooded with light! The beautiful golf course and the clubhouse with its restaurant, fitness center and 
swimming pool are only a few feet away from the house. If you are a Golfer, that's the place to be! If you are an 
outdoorsy person, this is heaven!

Easy access to I40. Historic downtown is just a 10 minutes drive away, Flagstaff Mall 5 minutes. Sedona 50 minutes 
scenic ride.

Pricing Policy: We believe in fair pricing. Look around and you will find that our rates are the lowest of all comparable 
vacation homes. In most cases, we provide a better quality of living than most competitors with much higher prices.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our house is a 3br/2ba, 1400 sq. ft townhouse with a big deck overlooking a golf course. High-speed DSL Internet access 
wireless/Ethernet. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you would expect. Washer/Dryer, Stereo/DVD, Big 
screen TV. All linens/bedding and towels are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Flagstaff is a wonderful place to be. There are so many things to do; Golf, nearby fitness facility, swimming, boating, 
hiking, several area lakes, fishing. Day trips to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Jerome, Oak Creek Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sunset 
Crater, Walnut Canyon, Williams Train, Lake Powell, Fossil Creek, Deer Farm … Besides, Flagstaff is -the- starting 
point to explore all of the beautiful South-West: Monument Valley (5 hours), Canyonlands (6 hours), Bryce Canyon/Zion 
(6.5 hours), Las Vegas (4 hours) and so much more!

Vacation Rental Rates

Check in at 4PM, check out by noon, presumably on Saturdays.

Rates:
May 10 2008 - Jun 28 2008	$ 749 per week
Jun 29 2008 - Jul 26 2008	$ 899 per week
Jul 27 2008 - Aug 17 2008	$ 749 per week

Payment and other fees:
** Over 4 occupants, there will be a $15.00 per person per night addition fee to the rent.
** $80 cleaning fee per stay.
** 50% of rental fee due at time of booking. 
** Damage deposit of $300 due at time of booking. This will be refunded in full assuming there are no damages. 
** Full and final payment of all fees required 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival.
** Full refund of all fees when cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival or when slot can be filled.

Damages:
This is our home, the place we shaped and we love. So, while you are enjoying our place please be careful and use it 
thoughtfully. You are fully liable for damages that are caused by accidental or careless behavior, e.g. fire caused by 
BBQ/ inappropriate usage of heaters/smoking (we ask you not to smoke in the house, please smoke outside), water 
damages caused by unattended water usage etc.
