Osoyoos’s semi-arid desert climate produces very hot, dry days in the 
summer and very mild days in the winter. Osoyoos, located in wine 
country, also boasts the warmest fresh water lake in Canada.

October 8 to May 15: $ 450.00 per month (Snowbirds Welcome) 
 
May 16 to June 14: $400.00 per week  
June 15 to Sept 3: $695.00 per week  
Sept 4 to Oct 7: $450.00 per week

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
A refundable security/damage deposit is required 
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as 
found there will be no Maid Service charge. 
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
