Sept 8 to May 15: $ 450.00 per month (Snowbirds Welcome)
May 16 to June 14: $400.00 per week
June 15 to Sept 8: $695.00 per week

No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as
found there will be no Maid Service charge.
