Vacation Rental Description

This is my cozy, quiet, clean ground level studio. It is not only  
spacious but has that beach cottage feel. This waterside home away  
from home is brighty decorated with a nautical theme. The heated  
pool is just outside your sliding glass door. Sleeps 4 comforably.  
Located at the North end of Sand Key Bridge.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Dishwasher, microwave, laundry facilities, heated pool, waterfront,  
cable TV, sea wall.

Activities and Attractions

Parasailing, jet ski rentals, speed boat rides, pirate ship rides,  
deepsea fishing tours, a sailing school, sunset sailing tours, bike  
rental, are all within a few blocks. Busch Gardens and Adventure  
Island are only 45 min. away. Disney World, Sea World and Universal  
Studios are only one and a half hours away. Enjoy the sugar white  
sand of Sand Key Park Beach just over Sand Key Bridge. Explore all  
of the different beaches down the coast, Cearwater Beach, Sand Key  
Beach, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks Beach or Redington Beach.  
Shopping, coffee shops, and great dinning at Shells and other  
resturants are with two blocks. Spend the evening strolling to Pier  
60 to watch the sunset. Pier 60 has local artist booths and nightly  
entertainment.

Jan - May ..... $700 per week 
Jun - Dec ..... $550 per week 
3 day ......... $350 per 3 days 
Monthly Rate .. $1900

50% Deposit required to secure rental.  
ALL prices are subject to a 12% Florida Resort Tax.
