You will find upscale attention to detail in this newly renovated  
3BR condo located on the beach in Perdido Key.  Cherry cabinets,  
granite countertops, new appliances, and commercial quality cookware  
adorn the kitchen for your cooking pleasure.  Elegantly appointed  
living and dinning rooms open to the largest balcony of any condo on  
the gulf coast with spectacular views of the ocean and brilliant  
sunsets!  New whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in master bath along  
with new linens and towels throughout.  Two master suits with king  
sized beds and kid's room with bunkbed (two full sized beds).  Lots  
of room to spread out with over 1900 square ft of living space.    

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pool. Enjoy all season swimming in the heated, beach side, indoor,  
glass enclosed pool or get an incredible summer tan at our large  
outdoor pool. 
 
Spa. Our large whirlpool hot tub, adjacent to the pools, will melt  
the tension away.  
 
Fitness. For those who wish to maintain their fitness program,  
Perdido Sun has a well equipped Fitness center featuring  
elliptical machine and tredmill. 
 
High speed Internet access and cable with HBO. 
 
Washer/dryer in the unit. 
 
DVD player and VCRs along with 3 TVs.

Fall/Winter   (September 15 - February 28) 
Daily rate:   $150 
Weekly rate:  $1000 
Monthly rate: $2400 
 
Spring/Early Summer  (March 1 - May 31) 
Daily rate:   $250 
Weekly rate:  $1600 
Monthly rate: $3600 
 
Peak Summer June 1 - September 14 
Daily rate:   $325 
Weekly rate:  $2000 
Monthly rate: $7200 
 
Cleaning fee: $90 per week 
 
*Minimum 3 nights stay during Spring/Early Summer.  
*Minimum 4 night atay in Peak Summer (unless available between other bookings).  
*Monthly rate used for full monthly rentals only. 
*State and local taxes will be added. 
*Reservation deposit of $200 required.  Refundable with at least 3  
weeks notice of cancellation.
