All American Log Cabin- in Tahoe Donner

Welcome to our lovable Truckee log home! Our place is
located in a quiet neighborhood and offers a true mountain feel. We
built here along Trout Creek and the Tahoe Donner golf course in
1996, and have maintained the quintessential spirit and ambiance of
a custom log cabin.
As you enter, you are greeted by impressive log walls and a rock
fireplace in the great room. The main level features an open
gathering and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry
closet, and two bedrooms. There is a private, covered, wrap-around
deck accessible from the living area which opens out to the creek
and the golf course. (This backyard area is great for a summer nap
in the hammock and snowball and snowman making in the winter). The
2 downstairs bedrooms include one with a full bed, and the other
with a full/twin bunk, plus an additional twin roll-away cot if
needed. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen bed and
balcony and the adjacent master bath has a whirlpool tub and
shower.
The cozy loft overlooks the backyard meadow where you can see all
of the wonderful wildlife from the full sized sofa bed. This custom
mountain log cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay,
and is sure to be a special part of your vacation memories!

Dishwasher and Refridgerator,
Linens for baths, beach and rooms, Washer, Dryer; Gas Grill, ping

Renters can use Downhill Ski Mountain, Cross Country Center, New
Fitness Center, 3 Pools, Jacuzzi,
Equestrian Center, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, Driving range and the
Donner Lake Marina for the small applicable fees.

Within the association you will find: beautiful hiking and biking
trails, an 18 hole, championship
golf course with
driving range, tennis courts, a fitness center that includes 3
jacuzzis, two pools, a weight room
and a variety of exercise and yoga classes, a third pool area
adjacent to Trout Creek has a small
park and play structures, two restaurants and a minimarket,
sledding, boating, waterskiing, downhill
skiing, horse back riding and more. Close by in historic downtown
Truckee there are many fine and
interesting shops and restaurants, a train station, a park for
music, picnics, farmer's market and
skating and is minutes away from fishing, more ski mountains and an
endless list of activities and
entertainment.

No Minimum Stay! Generally rates are: (May1- November 30th)-$200-250*/nt $1250-1500/week; Winter $250-375*/nt*higher rate for holidays: Tax included; SKi Lease $2500/mo plus util.

New Years, Martin Luther King, President's Days, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day,Christmas and New Years = $2100/week;

Cleaning Fee...$125(summer)-$150 (winter); Security and Reservation Deposit..$500
