sq.ft. of nicely updated cabin. Perfect for the family or adult get
away.
No pets or smoking allowed.
Very clean 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. The 250
sq.ft.
wood deck is just outside the family room. Master bedroom is on the
first floor with door to back deck. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and one
bath. Complete privacy, surrounded by trees. Lots of off-street
parking and 2 car detached garage. Cozy radiant heat, woodstove and
wood are provided. Sleeps 8 comfortably. King bed in master, queen
bed and double twin trundle bed in second bedroom, 2 XL twin beds in
third bedroom.
Access to Tahoe Donner amenities.
Tahoe Donner has it's own downhill ski area which is perfect for
beginners and young families. The cabin is also within a half hour
of many ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Sugar
Bowl, Northstar and others. The facilities include access to two
swimming pools/jacuzzi.
Historic Truckee and Donner Lake are closeby and breath-taking Lake
Tahoe is 20 minutes away.
You won't run out of things to do- we have 12 months of wonderland!

New flat screen TV with DVD movies, cable/sat. hookup, and CD
player.
Additional tv in upstairs room. Playstation 2 with games. foosball
table in garage play area.

Tahoe Donner shared amenities include: swimming pools, spa, sauna,
fitness center, hiking/snow shoe trails, golf course, driving range,
downhill and cross country ski areas, snow play area, equestrian
center, private beach at Donner Lake and boat launch access.

Spring,Summer,Fall rates are $175 per night, 2 night minimum, $1225 per week
Winter rates are $195 per night, 2 night minimum, $1,350 per week
Holiday rates are $225 per night with a 3 night minimum. Holiday
week is $1550.
