dressing area, large closets, and a sliding door to patio - with 
garden-like setting.  The patio has a table, chairs, and gas BBQ.  
An ideal place to enjoy a meal or just read a book.  Second bedroom 
has king size bed (Can be seperated into two twins) with sliding 
door to small private patio.  Livingroom (w/sleeper couch) sliding 
door to patio, TV, VCR, DVD,stereo system, videos, free high-speed 
internet for your computer - fully-stocked kitchen and seperate 
dining area.  Covered parking and full size washer and dryer.

Fall   - Oct 15 - Nov 30.................$2800/Month.....$800/Week

$500 refundable security deposit.  $110 cleaning charge.

Rates include taxes, utilities, high speed internet and local phone 
calls.  *Long distance phone charges are responsiblity of guest*
