Vacation Rental Description

The Village At Towne Center
Fountain Hills is a small, scenic desert community located east of Scottsdale and about 30 
minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. The town is surrounded by mountains with 
sweeping mountain views including Four Peaks, the Superstition Mountains and the McDowell 
Mountains, and boasts a natural desert landscape. Even though Fountain Hills is a town and 
not a city, there is still plenty to do here. It is conveniently located to both Scottsdale and 
Phoenix for those who like larger city life. All the benefits of big city living with a small town 
atmosphere. Fountain Hills Fountain can be seen from the living room, dining, kitchen and 
patio.

reached by walking for 10 minutes. Many outstanding restaurants are located within easy 
walking or driving distance. Fort McDowell Casino, located only 2 miles away, boasts the 
state's largest card room, classes and free entertainment. Try your luck! Lake is located 
within a 10 minute walk. Nearby Attractions: Away from the city traffic but still close 
enough to conveniently enjoy Phoenix, Scottsdale's and Fountain Hills shopping, 
restaurants, and nightlife, this new private gated resort community, the Village at Towne 
Center, puts you at the heart of one of the world's best concentrations of championship 
golf courses and teaching facilities. For the non-golfers in your group, enjoy the beautiful 
new pool and hot tub as well as the exercise facility, and local bicycle, hiking, and 
horseback trails. The unit has a private deck. 

Vacation Rental Rates

From May 1st thru September 30th rate is $2500/Month with 30 day minimum. 
From October 1st thru April 30th rate is $3000/month with 30 day minimum. 
10% discount for stays 90 days of greater. 
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A 
refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments 
(less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.Owner accepts payments by: Personal 
Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit. Check in after 3:00 PM 
and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. 
No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
