We have here a corner oceanside unit, half block from beach and 2 blocks from  southern end of the boardwalk!! Brand new, upscale 3 BR 2 BA condo on Lavender and Ocean Avenues! Taking reservations for 2009. This new, adorable condominium includes 1400 sqaure feet and is spacious, is ready for 2 familes and ready for your enjoyment.

WHO ELSE IS OFFERING 42 and 37 INCH PLASMAS IN ALL OF THE BEDROOMS!! NOBODY, JUST US!!!! This condo is fully stocked and upgraded. The floors are beautiful hardwoods, and brand new appliances! After your day at the beach, relax and watch tv on the brand new 50 inch plasma! Or, sit at dusk on your private balcony sipping cocktails while looking at the beach and ocean on our brand new wicker loveseat and chairs. Compare the value to others. We offer amenities that other owners do not think are important -- plasma tvs, bikes, beach chairs, linens, towels, etc.

There is a beautiful built-in pool with a poolside restroom and an elevator to ride up after a hot day at the beach. Only one-half block from the sandy beach and famous Wildwood Boardwalk in the prestigious Wildwood Crest! Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the Convention Center, shops, fine dining, bike path, bike rental, Duffers Ice Cream, Miniature Golf, as well as playground and basketball courts. There is also off-street parking for two cars.

The sleeping accommodations will consist of a master bedroom with a queen bed, huge closet, and full private bath and a 42 inch plasma tv, and there is a pull out twin sleeper chair. Bedroom #2 consists of a queen bed and a 37 inch plasma. Bedroom 3 has two sets of bunkbeds for the kids and a pull out twin trundle. And, we provide each bedroom with a 37 inch plasma tv and a Playstation II for the kids. There is a second full bathroom in the hall. The brand new leather sectional in the living room includes a queen sleeper. Pillows and blankets are included, and you are welcome to use our sheets and towels, so you don't have to bring your own. Please wash, dry and fold before you leave. If you can not arrange to wash and dry and fold before 10 am on your checkout day, you must bring your own.  All furnishings are high-end and brand new.

The kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs. You will have a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, crockpot, blender and kitchen counter seating and a small table.

There is a full laundry room to do your wash.

In our garage storage shed, we have 7 brand new reclining beach chairs, two 26 inch bikes, two 24 inch bikes, and a 16 inch bike; a beach cart; soft cooler and umbrella. Please wash all chairs, etc., before you place back in storage area daily. Keep it locked.
