Vacation Rental Description

This secluded Central Florida getaway is located on Clinch Lake in 
Frostproof, FL.  Clinch Lake is one of Central Florida's premier 
lakes for water sports and fishing.  The water is clean and clear 
and is excellent for swimming & skiing. Sandy beach allows for 
watersport activities.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete with 2 full baths (within bedrooms) and a half bath with 
exterior entry on lake side.  Living room includes a 42" HDTV 
(satellite) and commercial quality gym fitness equiment.  Wood 
floors and wood ceilings abound and the kitchen has tile 
countertops.  The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed with 
shower and the upstairs suite has a king size bed with bath/shower 
combo. Nicely landscaped with circle drive and large lakeside deck 
with outdoor furniture and loungers. Washer/Dryer stackable. Jenn-
air BBQ grill for use on lakeside deck.  

Activities and Attractions

Top-notch watersports and swimming lake.  Fishing tournaments are 
held on the lake as well. Other nearby lakes are Walk-in-Water, 
Caloosa (Crooked Lake), Lake Reedy, Lake Kissimmee, and Lake 
Arbuckle.  Lake Clinch is the most sought after lake to live on in 
the area. Many golf courses within easy driving distance.  Several 
large malls within an hour away to include, Eagle Ridge Mall (Lake 
Wales), Lakeshore Mall (Sebring), Brandon Town Center (Brandon, FL) 
and Lakeland Square Mall (Lakeland, FL). Several restaurants in the 
immediate area.
